TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE
General
1.1 It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must confirm you are 18 years old or above. Upon delivery, to purchase alcohol products, a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between you and us.
1.2 WineCG shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our e-store are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
1.3 WineCG shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed at our e-store are in stock. If from time to time any products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
1.4 All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order we will notify you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.
Breakage
2.1 WineCG is not responsible for any breakage or damage that occurs during transit. The customer assumes all responsibility for the condition of the product upon delivery.
2.2 In the event that products are broken or damaged during transit, the Customer is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange of any kind from our store.
2.3 The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any and/or damages. By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that your order is correct and that you accept the package. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 906 33 222 at the time of delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
Refund and Exchange Policy
3.1 No refund shall be made on any products under any circumstance once order has been placed.
3.2 Due to the characteristics of the merchandise, we are not able to refund payments or accept returns once bottles are opened.
3.3 Exchange will not be accepted for individual products above $750 HKD or products over 10 years old under any circumstances.
3.4 You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such cases, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangements for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
Privacy Protection
4.1 We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.
Payment
5.1 Our online storefront accepts payment by designated credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic means as specified by us. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The prices listed in our e-store may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our e-store as at the date of purchase.
5.2 Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion. A final receipt will be issued to you when goods are delivered to your address.
Delivery

6.2 Delivery service is limited to commercial and residential addresses only.
6.3 We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
6.4 We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient requests to change the delivery location on the same day as the previously arranged delivery
6.5 It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Company immediately of any change to their delivery address.
6.6 We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
